工作原理
气动双隔膜泵采用压缩空气、氮气或天然气作为动力。主定向(气动)控制阀将压缩空气分配至气体腔室,向隔膜的内表面上施加均匀压力。同时排出的气体从泵另一侧后方通过气阀组件导向端口排出。气动双隔膜泵内腔气体压力超过液体腔压力,隔膜连杆来回移动,在一侧进行排放,在另一侧进行吸入。排放和吸入液体的方向由止回阀(球阀或片状阀)的方向控制。吸入行程使泵执行吸入。吸入行程可降低舱室压力,增加腔室体积。从而生成大气压力压差,推动液体经过吸入管道,穿过吸入侧止回阀,流入外部液体腔。吸入侧行程还可启动泵的往复(移位、行程或循环)运动。气动双隔膜泵通过行程机械拉动吸入隔膜的移动气动双隔膜泵的内板与对准的驱动柱塞发生接触,移动导向阀芯。导向阀激活后,便向主定向气阀的另一端发出压力信号,气动双隔膜泵使压缩空气方向改向内部腔室的另一侧如此反复运动完成介质的连续输送。
